Terms and conditions for the Terrain Tinker Affiliate programme

Welcome to the Terrain Tinker Affiliate Program! We are excited to collaborate with creators like you who share our passion for quality Terrain Tinker. This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions of participating in our Affiliate Program.

We are only interested in genuine content creators and influencers who create their own content.

1. Commission and Payments

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission rate of 20% on all products.
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate’s earnings exceed $100.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be made via bank transfer on the 20th of the month following the invoice. Affiliates are responsible for any fees. Alternatively, affiliates may opt to receive their commission as store credit.
  • Minimum Payout: The minimum payout amount is $100. Balances less than $100 will be carried to next month.
  • Statements: You can monitor your affiliate commissions via our website interface. A statement will not be sent.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

  • To be eligible for our Affiliate Program, applicants must have an active website or social media channel that engages customers who are interested in similar products to ours.
  • Interested candidates can apply to join the program. A contract detailing the affiliate’s legal obligations and commitments will be provided for acceptance if accepted.
  • Affiliates are required to use their content for promotion. Affiliates cannot use logos, photos, or any content directly from the Terrain Tinker website or our social media.
  • Affiliates may disclose their relationship with Terrain Tinker by stating they are affiliates. However, they must not claim to be partners or in any way associated with Terrain Tinker beyond the affiliate relationship.
  • We encourage content that promotes both the affiliate’s and Terrain Tinker business positively, showcasing our products and adding value
  • We encourage affiliates who create interesting content that informs the audience.
  • Affiliates must not create spam-style or click-bait-style posts. If you are unsure what this is, please ask us before you post it.
  • Affiliates must not target advertising to children under 13 years old
  • Affiliates must not use 3rd party mailing lists or send unauthorized spam emails.
  • Affiliates must not promote discriminatory, political, violent, or sexual content.
  • Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements, including but not limited to the terms set out in our contract.

4. Promotional Material

  • During promotional campaigns, we may supply Affiliates with a Promotional Material Pack. These packs contain images and videos that Affiliates and other media companies can use during the campaign. The promotional material pack can only be used for the defined promotional campaign timeframe, which we will advise the Affiliate of before providing the materials.

5. Termination Policy

  • Affiliates can terminate the affiliate agreement with notice.
  • Terrain Tinker reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement with notice.

6. Changes to Affiliate Policy

  • Terrain Tinker may modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Current active affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
  • If you are eligible, you will receive a contract outlining specific legal obligations and commitments. Once you agree to the affiliate contract, we will activate you as an affiliate.
