Clorehaven Library
It's the Clorehaven Library from PS' assembly guides. NOTE- The balcony on the roof is slightly wrong. You need 2x BA-Balcony pieces (and therefore 2 less A-Balcony pieces) right by the 2 corner pieces - I can't find this piece to place it unfortunately.
